Where can I buy Erotx products?

What are Erotx toys made of?
Every Erotx product is made with medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, phthalate-free and latex-free. Learn more about our silicone.
Do I need to use lube?
Not necessarily. Our silicone has an ultra-soft finish that many people find comfortable without lubricant, especially for external use. For internal use or longer sessions, a little water-based lube adds comfort. Read our guide.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant is the safest match for silicone toys and condoms. Use water-based lube only with Erotx toys, because silicone-based lube can damage silicone. Oil-based lube should never be used with latex condoms. See our full lube review.
How do I clean my toy?
Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or toy cleaner after every use, rinse well, dry completely and store in a pouch. Never boil or dishwasher-wash anything with electronics. Full cleaning guide.
Are your products waterproof?
Yes. Swerve and Omni Duet are rated IP65 with waterproof charging ports, and Bomb Cherry is waterproof, so all three are shower-friendly and easy to rinse clean. Always dry charging ports before charging.
How do I charge my toy?
Rechargeable Erotx products charge via USB. Make sure the toy and its charging port or contacts are completely dry before plugging in, and refer to your manual for charging times.
Is Bomb Cherry suitable for beginners?
Yes. It's designed as a progressive system, starting with a light single-ball trainer. We recommend learning to find your pelvic floor muscles first; Kegel Exercises 101 walks you through it. Check with your healthcare provider first if you're pregnant, postpartum, or have pelvic pain or other concerns.
How are returns and shipping handled?
Because Erotx products are sold through Amazon, shipping, delivery, packaging and returns are handled by Amazon according to the policies shown on each listing and at checkout.
